The Good Deeds scholarship is for anyone who has volunteered or is planning to volunteer. So, if you have a good heart or great idea that will help others, submit it and you could win $1,000. Deadline: December 31.
Whatever you do, don’t believe the hype that you need to wait until senior year to start applying. Next year, you’ll have plenty on your plate and won’t need the added pressure of finding enough scholarships to help finance your dream college.
